About the Role:

A person on this position will manage the team, process and service in the scope of responsibility. Analyze all assignments in field of expertise and assigns them to the correct resources. Resolves assignments in area of expertise. Guides the Senior Application Support Analyst in order to ensure that assignments get resolved within the agreed timeline.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Service delivery:
  • Transprt Support Desk operations management according to best standards to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction on the agreed level.
  • SAP Slution Manager Support and Transport Support process coordination.
  • Batch jbs Management in RDW.
  • IDOCs mnitoring and support process set up (3PL).
  • Mulesft monitoring.
  • Gogle Apps support.
  • Web Apps supprt.
  • Release Management - planning and controlling the movement of Releases to test and PRD environments. The primary objective is to ensure that the integrity of the PRD environment is protected and that the correct components are released.
  • Manage Projects, EHP and AMS releases. KPI set up and reporting for global process.
  • People management – supervise and coach Junior / Senior Application Support Analysts, where required. Manage the team to ensure performance and talent review and people development. Keep team members motivated. Ensure achievement of attrition targets.

 

About you:

  • Master Degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • +10 years of experience in Application Maintenance & Support.
  • Proficient with People Management and business governance.
  • Proficient in business applications of the Barry Callebaut group (e.g. SAP, SalesForce.com, Maximo, Google).
  • Proficiency in ITIL Release Management.
  • Experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management).
  • English – fluent.
