As our Talent Acquisition team is engaged in direct candidate sourcing activities and in order to avoid 'conflict of candidate ownership' we DO NOT accept unsolicited or speculative applications from recruitment agencies.

All agency applications may only be submitted upon the direct request of Barry Callebaut following an initial briefing for a specific position and/or candidate profile between Barry Callebaut and the recruitment agency.   

Any unsolicited applications will be deemed to be a direct application by the candidate for which Barry Callebaut will not accept liability for any recruitment fees.  

On occasion where we require additional support based on the specialized nature of the role, we will enlist the services of one of our approved recruitment partners who will be granted access to our online agency portal through which all CV's must be submitted.

Our approved list of partners will not be reviewed for the foreseeable future.

NB. For Non-Swiss Based Agencies: 

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) stipulates that only Agencies with a valid ‘licence to recruit’ in Switzerland are legally permitted to provide and place permanent and temporary candidates within Switzerland. We only accept recruitment services for our Swiss-based entity(s) from 3rd party agencies who hold a valid SECO licence.
