Il manutentore meccanico è responsabile dell'esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e di emergenza su impianti meccanici, garantendo la continuità delle attività produttive. Il ruolo richiede competenze nella risoluzione di guasti, nella regolazione dei macchinari e nella lettura di disegni tecnici.

E' indispensabile disponibilità al lavoro full time articolato su tre turni (compreso il notturno) dal lunedì al venerdì, ad eventuali ingressi in straordinario nei fine settimana e a garantire a rotazione la coperturta in reperibilità.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ E ATTIVITA'


- Manutenzione preventiva: Eseguire le attività di manutenzione in base alla pianificazione del supervisore e alle istruzioni contenute nell'ordine di lavoro. Assicurarsi che la durata delle attività sia conforme a quanto previsto dall'ordine di lavoro
- Manutenzione di emergenza: Effettuare interventi di manutenzione secondo necessità per supportare le esigenze produttive, attenendosi alle procedure stabilite.
- Manutenzione correttiva: Svolgere le attività pianificate dal supervisore, seguendo le istruzioni riportate nell'ordine di lavoro ed eventuali direttive verbali.


REQUISITI DESIDERATI
- Esperienza di almento 3-5 anni nella manutenzione industriale. Conoscenza di base dei sistemi elettrici e meccanici.
- Esperienza in procedure di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e di emergenza.
- Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici meccanici (inclusi esplosi e disegni costruttivi). Cositutisce requisito preferenziale familiarità con i sistemi pneumatici e conoscenze di base di idraulica.
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di macchine utensili quali torni, frese e attrezzature analoghe.
- Capacità di eseguire interventi di manutenzione elettrica e meccanica, inclusa la ricerca guasti. Capacità di effettuare regolazioni dei macchinari, cambi formato e manutenzione generale delle attrezzature.

INQUADRAMENTO CONTRATTUALE

Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Alimentare Industria. La fascia retributiva è compresa tra 29.000 € e 33.000 € lordi annui. Sede di laavoro San Sisto (Perugia)
