Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities at our Kågeröd site. This is a key position responsible for overseeing technical work, preventive maintenance, record management, spare parts administration, and team performance. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities at the Kågeröd site under the Maintanance Manager.
- Ensure effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor technician workflows and daily maintenance operations.
- Act as backup for the Maintenance Manager when required.
- Manage the Spare Parts Warehouse, including procurement activities.
- Support production priorities by ensuring high equipment reliability and availability.
- Drive efficiency improvements through analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), including OEE, maintenance costs, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team.
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment in line with company standards and Swedish legislation.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to support business objectives.
- Contribute to planning and decision-making through proactive problem identification and resolution.
Your profile
- Technical education, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in personnel management and leadership.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience working within Swedish regulations and workplace environment requirements.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., MaintMaster or similar).
- Experience working in Lean and/or Kaizen environments.
- Experience with SAP.
