Operator Produktion (m/w/d)

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation relevanter Produktions- und Qualitätsparameter
  • Durchführung produktionsbezogener Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HACCP-, GMP- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Analyse und Meldung von Abweichungen an die Schichtleitung
  • Gewährleistung einer sauberen, sicheren und strukturierten Arbeitsumgebung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung von Instandhaltung, Prozessingenieuren und weiteren Fachbereichen bei produktionsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen Bereich oder in der Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder Prozessindustrie von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
  • Grundkenntnisse in HACCP- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 4-Schicht-System
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
