About the role:
Responsible for coordination and oversight of technical work, preventative maintenance, record keeping, and team cohesiveness for the Pennsauken maintenance team.
Working hours: Tuesday- Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate technician workflow to support production priorities and improve efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance activities and service requests (including Quality and SHE).
- Inspect and verify completion of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Planner to schedule third-party and contract work.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex technical issues.
- Ensure proper execution and documentation of maintenance tasks by technicians.
- Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Support and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager.
- Promote a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with GMPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure equipment and operations support the production of safe, high-quality products.

- Ability to troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
About you:
- High School Diploma plus 5 years of supervisory experience with a high level of mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with CMMS software (Maximo preferred) and MS Office.
- Experience in manufacturing sites and 24/7 environments. Preferred Food and Beverage industry, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical.
- Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Must be able to freely move around the entire facility.
- Must be able to work at heights as needed.
- Frequently required to walk, stand, reach, climb, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50lbs).
