About the Role

 

We are searching for an outstanding HR operations leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences by building great HR processes, integrating HR technology and enabling HR data analytics.  Reporting into the CHRO, this is as fantastic, multifaceted opportunity to take our HR organisation to the next level, delivering a first class HR Service across our organisation. Key Responsibilities include

 

  • Design and improve the current HR operations model to deliver an exceptional employee experience, resolving inquiries, processing transactions, improving processes, and delivering data & insights

  • Lead and influence with industry best practices and proven methodologies for experiences, end to end process improvement, scalability and automation to support company growth 

  • Work cross functionally to improve the experience of our employees by design and implementation of solutions, metrics and enhance the end to end journeys 

  • Design & define the set up and resources required to globally deploy scalable processes that empower our employees to be at their best and that enable HR to run efficient operations

  • Act as 100% digital HR program director, leading a team of experienced program & project managers with the vision to digitalize HR processes, working alongside the Regional HRVPs and 4 Digital Champions in our regional business units. 

  • Continuously work on change management and building HR Capability and resources required to simplify and digitize our ways of working 

  • Work alongside IM-IT partners to deliver projects smooth the integration and optimization of all HR technology as well as deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the desired benefits and outcomes. 

  • Lead the annual workforce planning & position budgeting cycle, oversee a team that delivers ongoing reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders, including data insights and data visualization

  • Provide regular insights to senior leaders, CHRO & HRLT develop meaningful data analytics & narratives to inform decisions

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Global CoEs, Finance, and IM-IT teams

 

About You

 

  • 10+ years of successful experience in HR operations role, digital & employee experience  within high-growth and/or significant transformation environments

  • Relevant BA/Master’s Degree

  • Experience of building and scaling teams and planning strategically as well as formalize tangible action plans to operationalize a vision

  • Experience in HR services design and delivering systems and operations globally

  • Track record of rolling out technology in the HR space and digital transformation

  • At least 5 years of experience building and leading high-performing, highly engaged teams and developing top talent at individual contributor and leadership levels

  • Ability to manage and build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders

  • Proven ability and passion for building effective HR processes that deliver exceptional user experiences across and organisation

  • Prove track record in driving HR technology implementation, optimization and adoption 

  • Exceptional skills in change management

  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels

  • Collaborative and engaging work style -a team player who establishes trust and confidence quickly with excellent follow-through to help teams get things done

  • Fluency in English
