About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive design and implementation works focusing on Finance Controlling and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting projects. The role is responsible for the full solution from an IM perspective

 

Key responsibilities include

  • Work independently on business processes and application solutions with a specific focus on Controlling, Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Deliver on Design and Implementation projects
  • Perform independently full lifecycle project tasks: conceptual definition, detailed design, build/configuration, testing, training, conversions & go-live support
  • Tasks cover all aspects of business change (processes, business data, supporting applications, organization alignment, enabling IT infrastructure)
  • Work with resources from multiple competence centers across the globe
  • Support the IM MFC Team on Controlling and Finance topics
  • Supervise occasionally Junior Business Analysts
  • Keep up to speed with “best practice” evolution in respective business process areas of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

 

About you

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or similar
  • 8 years’ experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on controlling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasting, and with a good knowledge of the integration with other modules and in particular with Finance
  • Controlling module mandatory:
    • Cost Center Accounting 
    • Cost Element Accounting
    • Profit Center Accounting
    • Internal Orders
    • Profitability Analysis
    • Product Cost Controlling
    • Budgeting & Forecasting and Rolling Forecast
  • Fluent language skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail make you an ideal candidate
  • Strong communicator with a team player mindset and positive attitude
  • Experience in business transformation projects is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
