Project Manager Order to Cash

About the role
 

Within the DO2 project – one of BCs global projects - we will be improving our global Order to Cash processes to best in class. Key objective of this role is to manage a portfolio of improvement projects, by ensuring global alignment, driving change and aligning with our IM team to ensure that we are supported by user friendly tools.


Key responsibilities include

 

  • Define the relevant organization processes and systems, together with the business counterparts to optimize the way we manage our Order to Cash process through our Customer Service teams
  • Manage the design and implementation of a portfolio of projects within the area of Order to Cash
  • Define and ensure delivery against the business case
  • Align convergent views around your area of responsibility
  • Develop project plans and drive individual projects forward
  • Develop change plans and manage all aspects of change
  • Align with key stakeholders (senior management)

 

About you

 

  • Masters or similar education in economics, engineering or other
  • 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience in a Consulting company combined with experience in cocoa, chocolate and/or commodities business
  • Experience in global alignment and cross-geographies projects
  • Structured & Solution oriented
  • High drive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (30% travel required – dependent on the phase of the project)
  • Fluent in English, additional French and/or German is preferred
