Manager, Sustainability Reporting

About the role:

 

We are looking for a Global Sustainability Reporting Manager to support our Sustainability organization in establishing improving, and managing the reporting activities to support decision making and measurement of the function’s capabilities and deliveries on its projects/programs.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage key financial analytics and reporting related to the Sustainability programs executed globally
    • Customer reporting
    • Donor reporting
    • Internal reporting
    • Pilot reporting
    • Carbon reporting / Deforestation
    • External reporting
  • Support origin countries on sustainability implementation :
    • Support with tools and processes to monitor progress against the Forever chocolate goals
    • Support local teams for operational management of field staff
    • Create automated reports in cooperation with Origin
    • Ensuring the quality of the data
  • Coordinate the internal and external reporting:
    • Ensure harmonized and consistent reporting for public reports:
    • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting for customers’ partnerships as per contractual requirements
  • Coordinate, refine requests and support the data driven research:
    • Hold data analysis to fit a consistent vision on data analysis
    • Support reporting consistency
  • Support the sustainability strategy and visions:
    • Act as Point of Accountability for Monitoring and Evaluation for key sustainability programs
    • Forever Chocolate reporting
    • Create Impact reporting
  • Drive the technological solution and development and align needs and development requirement

 

About you:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in similar field of financial and non-financial reporting
  • University degree in finance or management
  • Fluent in English and French, any additional language is an advantage
  • Master user of Microsoft Excel  and Experience in using and reporting from SAP and other databases
  • Strong analytical and critical skills to ensure excellence in data and KPI reporting
  • Very strong attention to detail, quality and clarity in data generation
  • Independence and quick learning ability
  • Ability to explain complex reporting processes to end users with strong coaching and training skills
  • Project management experience
  • Coordination of teams outside of reporting line
  • Experience in cocoa or other tropical commodities is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel to global locations, up to 20%
