About the Graduate Program:

Our 2 year international graduate program offers a global perspective to bright, young talents like yourself and is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in an area that you are passionate about. The program starts every September and is launched in Barry Callebaut’s most strategic locations around the globe, where our Graduate’s expertise is valued and entrepreneurship fostered.


About the Opportunity:

We are offering you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Global Marketing department.  Over the 2 year term you will have the opportunity to gain experience across core areas including Trade Marketing and Brand Development.  You will gain significant international experience with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.


Over the 3 rotations you will gain experience and actively contribute by:


  • Supporting the global Barry Callebaut global brand leader in developing and implementing targeted marketing activities
  • Supporting Market segment building
  • Supporting segmentation exercises, brand communication materials and delivery
  • Participating in developing packaging of products to ensure the brand positioning on the local markets
  • Designing and launching marketing toolkits and developments
  • Designing and Managing brand related social media toolkits and manage digital/online presence and appearance
  • Contributing to country/local marketing activities and implementing brand concepts
  • Introducing new products to local markets
  • Organizing/participating in trade events
  • Running key promotional planning activities, designing marketing communication material
  • Support key account managers as commercial analyst by running commercial models and market assessments
  • Design and drive customer marketing activities, work closely with customer in sales management and operations


About You       

  • Fluent English + fluency in French/Spanish/German/Italian
  • Higher Education / Relevant Degree qualification
  • Commercial and Creative mind set

NB:  To qualify for our graduate program applicants must bring a minimum of a total of 18 months work experience and must hold a Bachelors Degree preferably complimented with a Masters Degree.
