We are looking for an experienced e-commerce Growth Manager, with a strong focus on driving growth through online sales, retail media, partnerships or marketplaces to help shape the future of our e-commerce strategy.  We are looking for the e-commerce sales & marketing specialist for digital distribution channels responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase digital sales, visibility and brand presence across various digital channels and partners. If you are passionate about driving ecommerce growth for a portfolio of global brands, this is the role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Drive ecommerce development for digital sales:

    • Project manage test & learn cases (proof-of-concept)

    • Identify and mitigate project risks

    • Act as business partner towards regions and markets, working hand in hand with marketing and sales teams, providing the best possible execution support of digital commerce toolkit

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: 

    • Ensure end-to-end process management, develop and implement guidelines on CRM activations and support markets on local implementation of lead qualification and management

  • Build organizational capabilities related to digital sales:

    • Merchandising and pricing

    • Promotional and seasonal campaign planning, alignment and implementation on digital sales channels in collaboration with sales regions, brand managers and other departments

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    • Analyze digital sales performance, create action plans from this and develop new features that improve the user experience

    • Continuously improve the online shopping experience to increase customer satisfaction

  • Retail Media Strategy:

    • Drive the digital sales performance of our brands with distribution partners and marketplaces

    • Create effective promotion strategies, online marketing and online POS activities for Retail media/distributor webshops; align requirements with global/regional/local stakeholders and support implementation

  • Marketplace Management:

    • Set up accounts, align processes including local responsibilities, track & improve performance; build best practices

    • Oversee the company's presence on various marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, etc.), ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion

  • Channel Expansion:

    • Identify and evaluate new retail media opportunities and marketplace channels for expansion

    • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions in new channels

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost

 

About You:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Full proficiency in English. Any other international language is a plus

  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field of digital media, especially e-commerce management and online stores, online marketing with hands on experience of marketplaces and retail partners

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful e-commerce growth strategies, resulting in increased online sales and greater customer retention

  • Strong e-commerce experience, ideally including paid search campaigns, promotions collaborations, brand shops on marketplaces and 3rd party webshops

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

  • Proven experience with content and product management systems

  • Knowledge of performance-oriented online marketing tools and strategies related to marketplaces, 3rd party webshops and e-trade

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners
