About the Role

 

We are currently recruiting for a Global HR Business Partner who will play a strategic role in aligning the organization’s global human resources strategy with business objectives. The Global HRBP will work closely with executive leadership team members and senior business leaders to drive the people strategy for the entire organization across multiple geographies. This position requires a strong understanding of global talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The HRBP will collaborate closely with HR CoE and local HR teams to optimize talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development globally. He/She will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, leading global talent initiatives, managing organizational design, and driving cultural transformation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities include

 

  • Act as a key strategic partner to Chief Digital Officer, Digital Leadership Team and VP Global GBS, and the Sr VP CFO Global Chocolate and business leaders in implementing the company's HR strategy to support business growth and organizational goals.
  • Provide insight and guidance on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning on a global scale.
  • Influence and lead the global HR agenda to ensure alignment with business needs, including driving the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of digital HR tools and platforms that improve HR service delivery and create efficiencies.
  • Partner with business leaders and TA team for critical roles’ recruitment.
  • Lead initiatives to foster leadership development, high-performing teams, and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Oversee succession planning efforts for critical roles and ensure that the company has a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives globally, ensuring that employees feel connected to the company’s mission, values, and goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve team dynamics, and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
  • Lead change management efforts related to business transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee morale during periods of change.
  • Oversee the global performance management process for the populations in scope to ensure alignment with business priorities and individual career growth.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards teams to develop and implement competitive compensation structures that drive business results and employee satisfaction across multiple regions (example: compensation strategy for GBS locations).
  • Support and promote global diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, driving initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure that D&I efforts are integrated into the broader talent strategy and business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, local laws and regulations, across all global locations.
  • Leverage HR systems and processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in service delivery across all regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including ELT members, business leaders and the whole HR community.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on key HR metrics, talent initiatives, and organizational development progress.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for HR-related issues and work collaboratively to resolve complex HR challenges.

 

 

About You

 

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.
  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Leadership capabilities that include coaching, mentoring, and developing HR professionals to reach their potential.
  • Experience in working with GBS locations.
  • Proven track record in working with Digital teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital roles, skills, and career frameworks.
  • Experience in change management and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
