Finance Business Partner, Indirect Spend

About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Finance Business Partner for the Global Sourcing Team of Indirect spend. The role will be key in supporting the Purchasing department with financial analysis, computing Calculations on relevant KPIs of Indirect spend (Trading profit & OPEX / CAPEX Savings).
Key Responsibilities Include:

Act as Business partner for the Indirect spend lead and their direct reports (Purchasing team indirect spend)

Assume ownership of Actual Regional P&L preparation and reporting; driving action plans to achieve targets

Contribute to the implementation of business strategy by preparing Mid Term Plan and Budget/Forecasting financial projections

Review and manage the timely submission of all reported KPIs for Regional Sourcing lead and related presentations (i.e. Internal quarterly reviews, monthly regional reviews etc.)

Prepare month end closing accruals calculation in local books for relevant cost centers

Drive due diligence controls of OPEX & CAPEX Savings on a quarterly basis

Trigger Working capital improvement initiatives (collaborate with Treasury, Regional finance etc.)

Partner sourcing team in Business case evaluation (i.e. risk and financial evaluation of new sourcing strategies)

Generate analysis on the SG&A cost for actual and budget/forecast cycle for Global Sourcing, including FTE / HC analysis for Actual and Forecasting cycles in collaboration with HR

Coordinate Budget cycles and system Budget data submission for all regions of Global sourcing

Contribute to the implementation of Group Finance Strategy by driving EPM adoption (SAC) and data driven decision making processes within global sourcing (Finance digitalization); represents Sourcing in Group Finance projects

Design, implement and maintain processes and procedures within Sourcing

Business partnering with local cross functional teams and finance peers globally
About You
-
Higher education: Bachelor in Finance / Controlling or Business Administration, Masters preferable

7+ Years of applicable Finance / Controlling experience preferably developed in a Food processing environment

Experience with controlling of Procurement value creation i.e. OPEX & CAPEX savings preferred

Sound experience of supporting a global Procurement or related function

Experience and ability to evaluate and challenge business cases

Excellent Presentation and collaboration skills

Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to challenge and influence

High analytical skills and attention to details

Food Industry experience is a plus
