About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a regional portfolio of customers, managing the overall relationship and driving business growth. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving volume and margin targets through strategic account management and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the key connector across functions and regions, with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of your customers’ business models, you will identify ways to create value, seize growth opportunities, and shape long-term success.

Salary: negotiable, between 57300-71600 EUR gross/year

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage current client portfolio in the assigned region
  • Plan and develop strategic vision and account plans
  • Conduct regular customer visits, assess their requirements, and propose product and service solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Actively identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data quality in CRM systems and performance dashboards

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in B2B sales—experience in the food or chocolate industry is a strong advantage
  • Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch & communicative English
