Sobre a posição

Esta posição tem como principal objetivo executar todo o processo de recebimento, classificação, segregação, armazenagem, inventário e expedição de cacau na filial. O profissional atuará com forte interação com fornecedores, sendo o contato direto no momento da entrega da matéria-prima na unidade. Também será responsável pela gestão e segurança da equipe terceirizada envolvida na movimentação do cacau (estivadores). 

 

Principais responsabilidades incluem:

  • Receber, classificar, pesar, armazenar e realizar o inventário do cacau;
  • Avaliar a qualidade do cacau e emitir laudo técnico;
  • Emitir documentos e notas relacionadas ao recebimento;
  • Controlar estoque físico e inventário do armazém;
  • Acompanhar transferências do cacau para as fábricas;
  • Supervisionar atividades e quantitativo de terceiros;
  • Garantir cumprimento dos procedimentos de qualidade e segurança;
  • Manter relacionamento direto e diário com fornecedores.

Qualificações:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável formação técnica agrícola ou superior em áreas afins);
  • Desejável experiência em rotinas de armazém e processos logísticos;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em gestão de pessoas e segurança do trabalho;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e senso de dono;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Residir preferencialmente em Valença – BA.
