Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Electromechanical technician capable of solving daily challenges, participating in root cause analysis, participating in safety & hygiene activities (brigades). Training operating personnel during repairs, applying LOTOTO before each intervention.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Correct daily failures of production equipment, returning to optimal operating conditions.
  • Close work orders on the MAXIMO platform and make daily reports of their activities
  • Record spare parts used in corrective and preventive
  • Support with extra activities, when necessary

 

About you:

 

  • Engineer (electromechanical, electrical, mechanical or similar)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical control, PLC, refrigeration systems, interpretation of diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, BPMs, working at heights, welding and cutting, operation of platforms for working at heights
  • VDF configuration, digital and analog signal readings
  • Use, measurement and application of sensors, temperature, pressure, inductive, capacitive, reflective, etc.
  • Knowledge of positive displacement pumps (internal gears, progressive cavity, pistons, lobes, etc), centrifugal pumps.
