Liquid Shift Leader

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards, promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Coordinate and supervise daily team operations to ensure the production plan is achieved.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve deviations in the production process by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality, and planning to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor maintenance activities, cleaning standards, safe conditions, and the timely closure of abnormalities.
- Lead team development by fostering collaboration and self-directed teams.
- Manage resources (personnel, time, and tools) to achieve objectives efficiently.
- Participate in audits and the HACCP system to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, performance, and work systems.
- Manage area costs and promote resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Business Administration, or related field).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of TPM (Autonomous Maintenance Pillar).
- Experience leading operational teams.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and a sense of urgency.
- Proactive and results-driven.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
