About the role

The position of the HR Manager is to support Country HR Lead for the HR business partnering and life-cycle HR management for excellent HR operations to all levels of employee in Senoko.


Key responsibilities include

  • HRBP
    • Partner with Site Manager and Site Management Team for organization optimization, talent management, people development, performance management, etc.
    • A decision-maker to implement follow-up actions from all HR-related aspects.
  • HR operations
    • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Work with Regional TA Lead for the banded white-collar position at the site.
    • Independently conduct a search for the non-banded white-collar and blue-collar positions.
  • HRIS
    • In charge of Onboarding/offboarding procedures.
    • Creation/modification/termination of the position and employment center in SF.
    • Atoss and payroll system expert to provide consultancy to all employees based in Site.
    • PeopleDoc contact person to interact with requestors from the site.
  • C&B
    • Propose the offering conditions to new hires.
    • Review and propose the salary proposal for offline adjustments if needed.
    • Conduct ACR in Senoko.
    • Employee benefits coordination.
    • Work with HoDs for shift roster and inform Payroll person from time to time.
  • ER
    • Organize the communication events (e.g. quarterly townhall, walk the talk, etc.)
    • Employee grievances and counseling
  • Learning & Development
    • Work with the stakeholders to foster the learning culture in Senoko.
  • HR Projects
    • Key person to represent Senoko and provide insights and thoughts to the HR projects.
  • Compliance
    • To ensure all HR-related activities are in line with Senoko.
    • To work with relevant stakeholders for a successful audit. (e.g SMETA/FSSC/customer audits etc)
  • Others
    • Pandemic management – operations continuity, PCA, etc.
    • WP/SP handling.


About you

  • Diploma/Degree holder.  Certification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage.
  • 5 years HR generalist-related experience.
  • Familiar with the market practice and employment practices in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience in Atoss and Success Factors an advantage.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • English + Mandarin speaker ideally
  • Possess good self-initiative and able to work independently.
  • Good attention to detail and organizing skills.
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task.
