About the role

The OtC CI Manager or Order-to-Cash Continuous Improvement Manager shall be a key implementation and business resource to deliver upon defined project initiatives related to the Order-to-Cash area of Barry Callebaut Asia Pacific region. This position should be able to handle project planning, stakeholder alignment, change management, and impact validation. Additionally, this position shall oversee the information management power user structure and responsible on the following key objectives – Training of business users, Measuring process compliance, and Developing process capability. This position shall work closely with various functions, such as Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and QA etc, and be accountable to the Business Optimization Manager.


Key responsibilities include

  • Collect and analyze feedback from the business to develop improvement topics
  • Perform implementation specific tasks
    • Site / cluster assessment
    • Fit gap analysis and apprach design
    • Implement apprach
    • Validate impact
    • Clse up implementation and handover to business
  • Take ownership to develop and maintain the following Order-to-Cash areas:
    • Dcumentation of the region’s Process, systems, and organization
    • Infrmation power user knowledge, coverage, and staffing


About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations Management
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project role preferably in the Order-to-Cash area
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Advanced problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with people across various levels
  • Ability to influence decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Significant degree of travelling and outstation required
