About the role

  • An intern onboard will give support to the current lean Singapore team. This intern will be supporting the HR Executive closely on daily operations and administrative matters.
  • Similarly, this intern will also support the HR Manager for remote countries.


Key responsibilities include

The HR intern will report directly to the HR Manager, supporting both the HR Manager and HR Executive, and play a key role in:

  • Supporting both the local and regional projects; pre/during/post-implementation
  • Taking ownership of materials preparation (i.e. guides/slides, consolidation of data and materials)  
  • Performing data management on SuccessFactors to achieve data integrity
  • Assisting in employee lifecycle processes, including new hire and termination processes that are semi-routine in nature
  • Spearheading the creation of HR contracts or letters for the region
  • Other duties related to HR Projects and HR Operations as assigned
  • Internal stakeholders:
    • HR Manager (MT): Providing support in relation to local and regional projects
    • HR Executive: Providing support in relation to HR Operations
    • IM/IT teams: As part of employee lifecycle management – managing onboarding/offboarding tickets, partnering with IT on logistics coordination


About you

  • An undergraduate who has a keen interest in Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Prior experience in Human Resources function is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Meticulous in details, analytical skills and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Possess great team spirit and yet able to work independently as required
  • Positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and agility
  • Able to effect change in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and enjoy learning
  • Experience with using Google Suite is a plus
  • Able to commit for a period of 3 to 6 months
