About the role
- As the Marketing Manager (digital), part of the marketing team of Barry Callebaut for Great China, play a key role in the digitalization transformation. This position will support the Marketing Head to drive demanded-generation marketing campaigns for China company business.
Key responsibilities include
- This position will support the marketing head to drive demand-generation marketing campaigns for China company business.
- Enhance brand awareness and desirability through own digital platforms
- Lead social strategy landing to ensure an effective, efficient and innovative digital plan that fulfills different campaign objectives.
- Optimize the digital ecosystem to support brand sustainable growth and Omni channels business.
- Ensure owned media channels according to the brand management.
- Create and post-digital marketing content (articles, graphics and videos) or Livestream on all matrix digital platforms (such as WeChat, Red, Douyin, Weibo, etc.)
- Generate Leads in a digital way to effective business processes or create new business opportunities; Pick appropriate leads and make best practices to help business.
- Keep collaborating with the HQ brand and digital team to drive global digital projects.
- Keep good relationships with KOLs and work closely to keep our brand and products exposed.
- Keep monitoring the competitors' news and updating them on digital platforms.
- Be a social listener on both internal and external digital platforms.
- Other relevant digital issues.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing or similar.
- A foodie with and strong motivation and enthusiasm for digital.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and provide insights for optimization.
- 3+ years or plus hands-on experience with current China matrix platforms.
- Strong communication and cross-function collaboration experience.
- Takes ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in written English.
