About the role
- Design and enable customer inspiration through the chocolate and cocoa experience of leading brands. Marketing Manager is in charge of Korea marketing activities. Build the strategy and implement branding, manage product portfolio, create customer experience activities and digital communications with segment approach and consumer insight-driven solutions using global and local resources.
Key responsibilities include
- Build and deliver segment trends and consumer insights-driven key application solutions to create value for customers
- Create customer experience, branding events, localize global brand assets, organize relevant activities for key accounts and artisans with co-creation, inspiration days, public demonstrations, or classes
- Manage product portfolio, interact between customers and brands maintain a healthy portfolio, build end-users application-based product solutions, launch global innovative products, and deliver user-driven product solution ideas to the regional and global marketing and R&D team.
- Plan with evolving marketing plans in a fast-changing environment
- Develop analysis and data-driven product portfolio and promotion plans
- Execute effective technical support programs, actively co-operate and collaborate with internal and external professionals
- Execute customer communication through events, media and online channels
- Good commander of communications at the point of sales, moment of truth
- Local branding execution with global marketing tools, brand communications, sales and promotion tools and support exhibitions of agents
- Plan and hold events and competitions
- Create and deliver communications at digital platforms, e-commerce and develop communication to customers
- Understand BC's overall product portfolio and suggest relevant portfolio to sales and customers, also looking at innovation gaps and delivering new product solutions
- Domestic travels and international regularly and on an ad hoc basis
- Work at the Korea office located in GangamGucheong station
About you
- Masters or Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, communication, or food science(major is not mandatory)
- English - Advanced and native Korean Speaker
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing or commercial
- More than 3 years of experience in food ingredients or relevant industry
- Specific track record of sales in food and related business
- Good understanding of the industry and customer
- Good understanding of the digital route to market and campaigns
- Analytical skills, Problem-solving spirits
