Senior Logistics Coordinator

Responsible to perform and audit all activities related to solid shipments from/to the local sites and external warehouses for Finished goods and Raw materials in North America, this include delivery notes creation, problem solving and monthly inventory reconciliations, outbound and inbound paperwork and process flows through EDI ensuring shipments are booked and shipped on time, sea containers receipt flow into external WH, as well as supporting the teams as needed for reports. This position will be responsible to support site teams and process flows through EDI.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for integrity of shipping schedule, all activities related to these local teams.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for delivery notes and certificates of analysis, posting and problem solving on all orders.
• Responsible for follow up to ensure all orders are posted on time.
• Responsible to understand why OTIF hits occurred and work with the sites to solve the issues for future
• Perform local liaison function between Customer Service, Corporate Transport and plant warehouses on all orders.
• Receptions and Inventory problem solving.
• Help with resolution of complaints.
• Support with daily reporting on shortages and open order reports.

About you:

• College Degree or equivalent and three to six years of related experience.
• Computer skills including SAP knowledge, Word, Excel, Windows Environment and Google
• Communication with a team and external teams in the network
• Leadership and ability to learn cross functionally with other departments
