The Regional Co- Manufacturing (Coman) and External Warehouse (EWH) Lead is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and improving Co- Manufacturers, EWH and Cleaning Stations performance across the assigned region. This role ensures that the supply base in the region meets BC and customer standards for quality, delivery, cost and compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position acts as the main point of contact for regional business.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Deploy global strategies, policies, procedures, and standards for Co-man, EWH, and Cleaning Stations to ensure compliance with FSQR requirements, customer expectations, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the audit plan for the region and ensure compliance to the global protocols.
  • Foster collaboration regional teams to embed local priorities into global programs, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Innovation & Technical Services, and FSQR leadership to ensure external partners deliver on quality, cost, and service.
  • Ensure uninterrupted material and product supply to BC operations without compromising quality or safety.
  • Proactively lead resolution of supply disruptions and material crises, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely, sustainable solutions.
  • Drive performance through effective CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish performance, compliance, and monitoring protocols for Co-mans, EWHs, and cleaning stations aligned with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead regional quality team of Co-man, and EWH professionals—providing strategic direction, coaching, and fostering high-performance culture.
  • Leverage real-time data tracking, analytics, and visualization tools to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, auditing bodies, and external stakeholders to advocate for food safety and represent BC’s interests.

About you:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business); Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in quality, performance management, or procurement.
  • Large Regional experience in Food Safety and Quality within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, quality systems, and Coman/ EWH management best practices.
  • Experience with data analytics and score carding tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications like Six Sigma, PMP, or ASQ preferred
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level)
