This role owns Scrum-based project management across portal enhancements, integrations, onboarding features, and continuous improvements. The Project Manager drives cross-functional alignment between IT, Salesforce, Commercial, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure the portal roadmap delivers meaningful value to customers and the business.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage end-to-end execution of portal enhancements and releases.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Salesforce, ERP, data integrations, and UX teams.
  • Act as the central coordination point across Commercial, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Provide transparent reporting on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify cross-functional risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track and manage technical, operational, and adoption-related risks.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Partner with Customer Enablement teams to align releases with onboarding and communication plans.

About you:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Product Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Agile/Scrum training or certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP environments is advantageous.
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitating all ceremonies and interpreting delivery metrics.
  • Ability to manage complex dependencies across Salesforce, ERP, data integrations, and UX teams.
  • Agile, proactive leader who drives continuous improvement and fosters accountability across teams.
  • Highly collaborative, able to align Commercial, IT, Finance, Customer Experience, and external vendors around shared outcomes.
