About the role:

We are seeking a Credit and Collection Senior Analyst to join our São Paulo office. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving credit risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with global standards, and supporting business growth through effective customer portfolio management. You will act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal teams, providing insights that influence decision-making.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical professional who is skilled at multitasking and continuously seeks to improve processes to ensure the financial health of the company.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse customer portfolio and conducting in-depth credit risk assessments.
  • Defining and reviewing credit limits aligned with corporate policies and market conditions.
  • Leading negotiations with customers, ensuring sustainable agreements and minimizing delinquency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing collection KPIs, DSO, and other performance indicators to identify trends and propose improvements.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and Celonis to senior management.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in SAP FSCM, supporting process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with regional managers and global stakeholders to align credit and collection strategies across markets.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate governance standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen customer relationships.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit and collection.
  • Advanced knowledge in credit analysis, SAP, and Excel.
  • Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Experience with KPI management and complex collection processes.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Celonis is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience in B2B market and DSO analysis.
  • Dynamic mindset, adaptable to changing scenarios.
