About the role
This position has responsibility of Coordinate all Marketing actions, aiming to project the image of the brands and increase sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitors industry statistics and captures trends in trade literature.
- Devises and evaluates methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or arranges to obtain existing data.
- Conducts research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies.
- Completes research and analyzes data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
- Elaborates the Marketing Plans based on an accurate analysis of the market, trends and defines strategies that will ensure the brand strengthening and the sales and profitability growth.
- Promotes reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Forecasts and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Resolves queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies.
- Defines the action plans resulting from analytics reports analyses (stock, aging, sales, distribution, price positioning, profitability).
- Provides technical guidance when required on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
- Works efficiently with guidelines and processes in place for producing marketing content.
- Utilizes systems and tools to support categorizing and classifying data and information.
- Employs marketing analysis techniques to collect important data in digital (social media, web analytics, ratings, etc.).
- Ensures the KPI achievement related to new leads in Pardot.
- Participates actively in meetings of the commercial area to follow up product performance, especially the launching ones.
- Makes visits to the markets to evaluate the performance of our brands and looking for new business opportunities.
- Be the guardian of the quality of the products, following the complaints that come from the market, consumers.
- Has total control of the Marketing budget.
About you:
- Graduated in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration or related area. Post-graduation and MBA (“nice to have”).
- Good understanding of the principles of administrative and marketing management.
- Knowledge of online applications - CRM tools, online analysis, Google Adwords, SAP
- Advanced level in English and Excel
