ABOUT THE ROLE
The position will be a key member of the Commercial Trading area and will be responsible to execute the future hedges operations at NY cocoa market, control the commercial position on SAP and also sell cocoa butter and liquor for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
§Daily Risk Position - Execute on SAP and control to hedge on the cocoa exchange within authorized risk limits;
§New contract sales – send to Pricing Dpt. Complete information about new contracts as soon as contracts are booked with the customers;
§Cocoa Differential Report – Maintain an updated control of the actual differential cocoa pricing;
§Sales Contract Control - Contract reconciliation with internal and external customers to check overdue contracts;
§Regional assistance to a Global Account contract: meet all the group's demands to ensure contract compliance: contract reconciliation, price calculation, cost updates, shipment reports;
§Assist the Planning team in building and monitoring the sales forecast numbers;
§Purchase Contract - Include and control new imported cocoa products contracts for the Cocoa plants in Brazil;
§Prepare management presentation and monthly reports, including compilation and analysis of data from the commercial area;
§Assist with new business opportunities and trading opportunities as they arise with a close guidance of the Commercial Director;
ABOUT YOU
•Bachelor degree on Business Administration or Economics (Business or Economics);
•Proven experience on the commercial field and deal with B2B customers;
•Experience in agricultural commodity businesses and risk management;
•Experience on hedge operations of future and currency;
•English is a must / Spanish is desirable;
•MS-Excel and Power Point heavy user;
•Experience utilizing SAP.
