About the role;

The function is part of the Corporate Information Management team, with 2 key objectives:

Project delivery: deliver end-to-end projects for the Asia Pacific region, in the area of forecast to stock, ensuring successful implementation of projects worth up to CHF 2 million in 3 SAP modules: Production Planning, Quality Management & Warehouse Management and daily support of end-users for the forecast-to-stock related processes in the APAC region across 10 plants, managing up to 100 users.


Key Responsibilities include;

  • Regional & local leads, responsible for the departments covered in the forecast to stock workstream (e.g. Regional & local QA leads, e.g. Regional & local OSCO leads, e.g. Regional & Local SC leads)
  • Power users locally for the specific FTS processes in the sites
  • Other IM team centers in the regions (Wieze / Zürich / St Hya), specifically Global template lead for Forecast to stock related processes (Dimitri Van Cauwenberghe)
  • Depending on the project, e.g. interaction with external logistics providers for warehousing


About you;

  • Possess a university degree in (applied) economics, commercial engineering, information technology or similar
  • Experience in Manufacturing & Planning and Quality processes in a SAP context
  • Has wide interest and good knowledge in SAP Logistics and Production modules (PP/PPPI, WM, QM, APO)
  • Experience in managing a small project team in the relevant domain
  • Analytical mind and structured and accurate way of working makes you very suitable for project based working
  • Willing to travel i.e. between 20% and 40% of travelling in the Asia Pacific region as well as globally
  • Excellent communicator and team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude;
  • Strong in English communication
