About the role

  • The Finance function is the backbone of Barry Callebaut, stewarding the Company’s smart growth and fiscally-responsible expansion in the region. This Graduate program will offer you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Pricing department.
  • Over the 2 years term, you will gain significant hands-on experience understanding how Pricing stewards Barry Callebaut’s profitability and margins in the region, with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.
  • Travel for up to six (6) months is required


Key responsibilities include

  • Over the 3 rotations, you will gain experience across core areas including:
    • Supporting business growth objectives through costing and margins analysis
    • Facilitating decision-making through the analysis of profitability numbers and market movements
    • Simulating different financial and margins scenarios to aid in Commercial decisions
    • Designing and maintaining self-service tools to deliver 24/7 at-a-glance pricing analysis
    • Managing stakeholders and business priorities in a highly matrixed organization


About you

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance or equivalent fields
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in the Finance-related roles
  • Ability to work independently and handle projects
