The Molding Line Operator manages and coordinates activities concerned with the production of the company products.  The Production Supervisor has a strong commitment to food and employee safety, ensures compliance for the production department and in the application of his/her daily routine.

 

Key responsibilities include: 

 

  • Operate equipment for molded product and make adjustments as needed.
  • Periodic quality checks as required.
  • Accurate record keeping.
  • Ensure that lines and area are clean and organized.
  • Adjust machines to program specifications.
  • Generate scale and palletizer reports.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and projects.
  • Work as part of a team to assure a quality product.
  • Able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required).
  • Committed to providing a safe food product.
  • Works within all regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements.

 

About you:

 

  • Must be able to work as part of a team to assure a quality product.
  • Must be able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required).
  • Must be able to apply supervisor’s directions.
  • Must be a results oriented individual, who thrives on situations involving pressure.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of the equipment and its operation within 30 days of actively training on the job.
  • Must obtain forklift certification as soon as possible after receiving position.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
