About the role 
Upstream Leader will focus to optimize the full potential of the assets and efficiency, manages, directs and drive the operational strategies & objectives, and accountable for the operational performance from beans to liquor to ensure the achievement of site operational goals.


Key responsibilities include

  • Ensures a safe, healthy and positive work environment through fair leadership with clear objectives. 
  • Owns the complete stream performance: Quality, output, budget, strategic initiatives. With the primary responsible for maximizing the BEANS TO LIQUOR manufacturing facilities and to ensure effective initiatives are implemented to achieve overall site objectives as well as the agreed forecast with respect to revenue targets, personnel need and organizational development.
  • Monitors manufacturing activities as well as periodic inspection to ensure that the facilities are properly maintained and developed.
  • Leads a team of multi-skilled coordinators and focus on performance and improvements.
  • Leads the daily team-board meetings with key team members to enhance productivity improvement activities. 
  • Plays a proactive role in ensuring proper and professional communication standards in the plant to achieve the fullest coordination with Downstream Leader and support functions.
  • Focus to achieve the established production goals and KPIs by regularly evaluating actual results against performance targets.
  • Analyzes and evaluates industry trends and the Company resources needed to take advantage of the business opportunities. 
  • Responsible for the management reports relevant to the BEANS TO LIQOUR operations and closely monitor the productions performance report. 
  • To keep abreast of the latest technical developments by maintaining contact with others in the field and to advise the Site Manager as to what corrective action is necessary and be responsible for maintaining the accreditations achieved by the site.
  • Develop skills and talents of the team through performance and development management.
  • Develops an efficient workforce by recruiting and training the team to reach the minimum competency level.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships and executes regional and corporate projects including legal compliance and risk management.


About you 

  • Minimum with Bachelor's degree in technical field.
  • At least 7 years experience in production including food manufacturing experience, process, and procedures, continuous improvement, CAPEX, and projects.
  • Strong technical background with business acumen, leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal. 
  • Excellent people management skills.
