Sourcing Analyst

The Sourcing Analyst (temporary position) is responsible and accountable to support sourcing on the tactical day-to-day operation along with the strategy deployment across the region.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Follow up on the supply requirements and support on the facilities needs vs contracts and positions.

  • Weekly price updates for RPS tool.

  • SRM support for new request on suppliers and raw materials.

  • Run the KPI dashboard for objectives every month.

  • Deep analysis on the Supply Chain forecasts vs Sourcing Positions.

  • Accountable for checking on the contracted positions vs forecast and follow up of any supply derail.

  • Support for any QA NCR until closure of all the actions that secure the sourcing in all the compliant.

  • Support along with AP for any payment inconsistency.

  • Maintain the supplier's data in SAP.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.

  • Desirable experience in the Food Industry.

  • Experience in Supply Chain.

  • Experience in Sourcing Process.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficient in SAP and ERP Management.

  • English fluent. Capable of maintaining conversations.
