(This Position is 100% on-site, located in Planta Escobedo- Libaramiento Noreste)

 

SUMMARY:

Coordinate shipments and on-time deliveries of our customers in shipments of solid finished products and coordinate outbound exports from the Escobedo plant.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Schedule the shipment of solid FG orders for delivery to the customer.
•    Schedule the shipment of solid MP or PT for intercompany transfer.
•    Request and confirmation of transport units
•    Coordinate exports of MP or PT to clients or intercompany.
•    Follow up on its crossing and delivery at the destination.
•    Request and confirmation of maritime and land transport units
•    Direct supervition of Shipment analist  
•    Maintain communication of delivery status with customer service. 
•    Preparation of shipping documents
•    Send loading plans to warehouses
•    Tracking cargo, units in transit and customer deliveries
•    Placing service complaints and following up on their closure at the request of corrective actions.
•    Direct execution of BC quality procedures
•    Filling monthly Expense KPIs
•    Manage the Budget of the area
•    Actively participate in team and departmental meetings. As well as in special courses or activities assigned by the company.
•    Identify areas of opportunity and participate in continuous improvement projects.
•    Comply with the company's rules and regulations and take care of its facilities.
•    Carry out activities as assigned and support other plant departments when required.
•    Actively participate against unsafe acts and conditions


QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related

•    At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics 
•    Knowledge of admin programs (Excel, word, Windows) 
•    Conversational English

•    SAP experience (desirable)
