Join us as HR Student Assistant to support the Nordic HR function across a wide range of HR tasks. The position is designed for a second‑year HR student (or similar) who wants to complement their academic studies with practical experience in HR operations. The focus of the role is to provide administrative and operational support within HR, contribute to maintaining structured HR processes, and assist with documentation and compliance activities.

 

The student will work closely with the HR Business Partner and gain exposure to multiple areas within HR.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across the HR function, contributing to efficient and well‑structured HR operations, including administrative support throughout core HR processes and the employee life cycle
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and developing HR policies, guidelines, and internal documentation
  • Support work environment–related processes, including administrative routines, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of job descriptions in collaboration with managers
  • Maintain and update structured HR documentation and templates, such as employment contract templates, forms, and onboarding materials
  • Support HR Business Partner activities through preparation of materials, documentation, and administrative follow‑up
  • Assist in ensuring local agreements, statutory requirements, and compliance‑related HR documentation are maintained, accessible, and up to date
  • Contribute to HR‑related projects, process improvements, and development initiatives
  • Perform general HR assistant tasks and provide ad‑hoc support across the HR function as needed

 

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor-level HR program (minimum year 2)
  • Genuine interest in HR operations and people processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience from administrative tasks is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of HR principles through academic studies
  • Interest in developing and improving HR processes
  • Ability to work independently with guidance when needed
  • Curious and eager to learn
