JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE
The Recruiter participates in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. // Support on delivers and administers the organization’s training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers, about the organization’s recruitment activities and the status of job vacancies.
- Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
- Test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
- Conduct employee orientation
- Design, resource, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan.
- Maintain and analyze the organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
- Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
- Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
- Make Purchase Orders in SAP related to Recruitment and Training.
- Keep updated the expenses related to Recruitment and Training.
- Register of programs and skills certificates before the STPS platform (DC1, DC2, DC2 AND DC4)
ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor/business administration, psychology or similar
- 3+ years relevant experience in recruitment
- Experience in manufacturing companies High skills in Excel and MS Office Suite
- English – Communication Advanced
- Knowledge SAP (desirable)
- SuccessFactors (desirable)
- Experience in digitization projects and advanced technology in Human Resources
