About the role

You will act as the customer's central contact with Barry Callebaut, ensuring that the right quantity of the requested product is delivered to the customer at the right price and on time. If arrangements do not go as planned you will make adjustments or suggest alternatives.
You are responsible for managing your team, so you also make sure your general knowledge is always up to date. This ranges from organizing and following up transports, to creating and printing labels. Receiving customers, guiding drivers and preparing loading documents are also part of your responsibilities.

 

Key resonsibilities include

  • Leading a team of 3 direct reports, assisting in case of vacations or need for support;

  • Processing orders: correctly entering them into the system based on information from the customer, production planning and the general manager. This also includes close customer contact, follow up on any problems and follow up on transportation; 

  • Preparing shipping notes, archiving documents, processing release documents for liquid chocolate.

 

About you

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English;

  • Professional use of word/excel/mail;

  • Leadership qualities;

  • Finding solutions in cooperation with other teams;

  • Be able to work in an international environment;

  • Being customer friendly;

  • Be able to work under pressure.
