About the job

As an Assistant Order Administration you're the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely delivery of requested products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, maintaining up-to-date knowledge. Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs and plan activities accordingly. Key responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing orders;

  • Preparation of shipping note and CMR;

  • Welcoming and registering visitors;

  • Arrange transport at the request of customer;

  • Answer customer questions via email or telephone;

  • Printing labels.

 

About you

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
  • Basic computer knowledge;
  • Being able to work in an international environment;
  • Attention for details;
  • Strong communication skills; 
  • Can work both independently and in a team; 
  • Solution oriented;
  • Being able to work under pressure.
