Een gecombineerde rol waarin je samenwerkt met de Commercieel Directeur en de Financieel Directeur. Als General Sales Support en Accounting & Export Support ben je de rechterhand bij het ondersteunen van end-to-end administratieve en financiële taken.
 
 
 
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
 
  • Facturatie, exportdocumentatie en containerbeheer voor klanten.
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van exportdocumenten (L/C, EXA, certificaten, CMR's).
  • Beheren van klant- en leverancierscontracten.
  • Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.
  • Bijhouden van prijslijsten.
  • Monitoren van voorraad en bestellingen.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige levering aan sleutelklanten (key accounts).
  • Ondersteuning bij debiteurenbeheer en kredietbewaking.
  • Ondersteuning bij audits en verplichte aangiften.
  • Coördinatie met de planning-, magazijn-, productie- en commerciële teams.
  • Algemene administratieve taken zoals postverwerking en het bestellen van verzegelingen en trackers.
  • Ondersteunen van HR- en preventiegerelateerde processen.
 
Over jou
 
  • Bachelordiploma vereist of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een sterke beheersing van het Engels; extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van boekhoudkundige en logistieke/exportsystemen, met het vermogen om nieuwe software snel te leren.
  • Gevorderde vaardigheden in Microsoft Word en Excel.
  • Sterke communicatieve en intermenselijke vaardigheden met internationale klanten en leveranciers.
  • Nauwkeurig, detailgericht en in staat om efficiënt onder druk te werken.
  • Proactieve probleemoplosser met sterke organisatorische kwaliteiten en beslissingsvermogen.
  • Assertief, verantwoordelijk en zelfverzekerd, met behoud van een professionele en klantvriendelijke benadering.
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken en effectief kan samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen.

 

 

About the role

 

A combined role working with the Commercial Director and the Finance Director, the General Sales support and Accounting & Export Support, will be the righthand in supporting end-to-end administrative and financial tasks.

 

Key responsibilities include

 

  • Invoicing
  • export documentation, and container management for customers .
  • preparing and coordinating export documents (L/C, EXA, certificates, CMRs),
  • managing customer and supplier contracts
  • verifying incoming and outgoing invoices
  • maintaining price lists
  • monitoring stock and orders
  • ensuring timely delivery for key customers
  • accounts receivable support, credit management audit support,
  • mandatory declarations
  • coordination with planning, warehouse, production, and commercial teams,
  • general administrative duties such as post handling, ordering seals and trackers
  • supporting HR/prevention-related processes

 

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor degree required or equal by experience
  • Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills; additional languages are an asset
  • Good knowledge of accounting and logistics/export systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with international customers and suppliers
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making and organizational skills
  • Assertive, responsible, and confident while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach
  • Team player who can also work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
