About the role:

Under the management of the Coordination manager, the Third Party supplier invoicing coordinator is in charge of ensuring invoicing process between BC cocoa, BC choco and TP suppliers is rigorously managed. The role is about good Receipt of  of cocoa products deliveries to choco plants from TP suppliers, and ensuring good mapping of all invoicing flows.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • TP suppliers invoices reception.
  • Matching invoices  with purchase order (Third Party) – Reception of PO.
  • Matching with sales order (BC choco) - Choco invoicing.
  • Communication to Account Payables team.
  • Ensuring all financial flows are balanced – Escalating issues if any.
  • Ensuring all flows are under control for financial closures process.
  • Being involved in the continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bringing support to coordination agents in holidays time of peak of activities (ie managing orders from BC choco to BC cocoa).

 

About you:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant professional experience within an Accounting department.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Intercultural exposure and international experience.
  • First professional experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
