About the job:

The Service Delivery Lead establishes delivery processes in the area of Application Maintenance and Support. Supervise the internal team and build effectiveness. Manage relationship with external supplier and ensure great customer service. Report and ensure process improvements. Participate in projects delivery.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Service delivery:
    • Manage AMS operations according to best standards to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction on the agreed level.
    • Manage monitoring of process chains and data loads to ensure on time reports availability for the business.
    • Manage the 3rd party delivery to meet business satisfaction and expectations.
    • Work on improvements and automations in the support processes to build AMS efficiency.
    • Monitor and report on service deliver.
  • Projects delivery:
    • Participate in fit/gap design sessions in a certain functional/business process area.  
    • Participate in design sessions in a certain functional/business process area for “new functionality” (improvements) being introduced.

    • Participate at your level in full lifecycle project tasks:  detailed design, build/configuration, testing, data design & coach/supervise data preparation by business users, training planning & execution, conversion planning & execution, go-live support.

 

About you:

  • Master Degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • +8 years of experience in Application Maintenance & Support.
  • Working knowledge and experience in the areas of SAP BW & BW4HANA.
  • SAP HANA Native is a plus.
  • Knowledge in data warehouse modeling technics, mixed scenarios, HANA SQL Data warehouse modeling.
  • Experience in ABAP required for BW troubleshooting and small adjustment.
  • Proficient with People Management and business governance.
  • Experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management).
  • English – fluent.
