About the role:
In support of planning, developing and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition strategy, the Talent Acquisition Specialist steers the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle across multiple functions in EMEA region and acts as an advisor to the Business, the HR stakeholders and Regional Head of Talent Acquisition in all recruitment related activities. He/she follows the process for finding, recruiting and hiring  talented candidates.  


Key responsibilities:

  • You organize intakes with the hiring manager to gain a deep understanding of the role, required competencies and experience. 
  • You prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions and other materials so that potential job applicants have all the information they need. 
  • You launch the vacancies and publish them through the available channels and together with the Talent Acquisition Manager you develop the external recruitment and sourcing strategy.
  • You manage the pipeline of candidates.
  • You conduct competency based interviews with both internal and external candidates to evaluate competencies, experience, motivation and cultural fit. This in support of and in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • You coordinate assessment(s) (centers) if required in the hiring process.
  • In preparation of onboarding process of the new employee, you request all necessary information and documents. 
  • You actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
  • You support with reporting, KPI’s for Talent Acquisition, preparation of monthly approval process
  • You support hiting managers and HR collegues with tools used for Recruitment and assessment process (SuccessFactors, SHL).


About you:

  • Master Degree in Organizational Psychology, Economics, or similar.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in a complex international environment and/or recruitment agency. 
  • Strong competency based interviewing skills.
  • Familiar with social media. 
  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem solving and planning/coordinating skills
