About the role:
Talent Acquisition Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Global Staffing team on end to end recruitment process and associated activities, takes part in continuous improvement projects, gaining exposure to internal stakeholders. The role of Talent Acquisition Support Specialist is a great possibility to join a global growing organization with genuine career opportunities. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Candidate Interview scheduling.
  • Active candidate sourcing & shortlisting activities (CV & Phone screening / Video & F2F Interviews).
  • Support & manage end to end recruitment activities as required.
  • Manage / support candidate background / reference checks.
  •  Support Candidate Management activities.
  • Act as the communication liaison between applicant and hiring manager regarding status issues / updates as required.
  • Candidate expense management.
  • Administer & set up candidate assessments.
  • Process Vendor invoices relating to Recruitment (agencies/posting channels).
  • Prepare job postings.
  • Actively support and participate in continuous improvement activities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR / Recruitment related function.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Experience in an international, global organization.
  • Experience of applicant tracking software/system required (preferably Success Factors).
  • Knowledge / experience of LinkedIn / candidate sourcing tools.
  • Detailed oriented, with ability to prioritize.
