About the role:
The person on this position is leading a team of 8-10 direct reports, consisting of GBS recruiters delivering recruitment services across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition support and alignment with regional business needs. Accountable for the execution of employment plans in line with business objectives and cost targets. Managed full-cycle recruitment for middle, senior, and leadership-level positions, while driving recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, process optimization, and overall team performance.
Talent Acquisition Lead is also responsible for the end-to-end recruitment function across the GBS and Manufacturing Plant in Łódź, supporting diverse business areas including Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, HR, Digital, Sales, and R&D.
In addition, Talent Acquisition Lead is an owner and coordinator of Employer Branding initiatives, strengthening the company's employer value proposition, talent attraction strategy, candidate experience, and external market presence through targeted branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Talent Acquisition services across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and business-focused recruitment support.
- Manage, and develop a team of 8 recruiters, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, provide talent market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, specialist, managerial, and leadership-level positions across multiple business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Supply Chain, HR, Digital, Sales, and R&D.
- Develop and implement sourcing and attraction strategies to secure top talent in competitive markets, utilizing direct sourcing, talent mapping, headhunting, social recruiting, and other innovative recruitment approaches.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future business hiring requirements across the EMEA region.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while promoting the organization's Employer Value Proposition.
- Lead and coordinate Employer Branding initiatives, including employer marketing campaigns, partnerships with universities and external organizations, recruitment events, and programs aimed at strengthening employer brand awareness and talent attraction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing labour market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive process optimization, recruitment effectiveness, and compliance with company policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment governance standards.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and talent sourcing providers to ensure effective and cost-efficient recruitment delivery.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, workforce planning requirements, and hiring forecasts, ensuring achievement of employment plans aligned with business and financial objectives.
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the Talent Acquisition function and broader HR organization.
- Collaborate as an active member of the global Talent Acquisition organization, contributing to the design, standardization, and implementation of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices across regions.
About you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
- Experience delivering Talent Acquisition services across multiple countries and partnering with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success in managing senior and leadership-level recruitment projects.
- Experience in Employer Branding, talent attraction initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
- Participation in regional or global Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience utilizing recruitment metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of talent markets and recruitment trends across the EMEA region.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche, specialist, and leadership talent pools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Understanding of workforce planning and talent market intelligence.
- Strong project and change management capabilities with the ability to drive multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels.
- Experience in leading and developing recruitment teams in a Shared Services, GBS, BPO, in multinational environment.
- People leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
