About the role:

Ensure customer orders are delivered on time through effective supply planning. Execute weekly planning within the 0-6 week horizon, optimizing and communicating plans for products with all stakeholders. Track metrics and KPIs daily, identifying risks and opportunities to fulfill sales orders effectively.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Optimize deployment of planning within a 0-6 week horizon across the entire network, ensuring top service to partners and customers.
  • Monitor and control stock projections, ensuring alignment with targets and addressing deviations.
  • Collaborate with senior supply planners to bridge planning horizons, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain and update reporting tools, tracking service level KPIs daily and weekly.
  • Actively participate in the S&OE process, including weekly reviews and daily operational discussions.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain Planning.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience in planning, S&OE/Supply Chain & inventory processes, with SCM knowledge.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; other European languages will be an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Preferred experience with SAP, OMP, and Business Objects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills and APICS certification are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work autonomously with a remote team.
