Supply Chain Coordinator Beans (with French)

Key responsibilities:

 

Management of bean supplies for the French site

  • Manage the factory's bean supply schedule in collaboration with the scheduling and planning departments
  • Define the weekly reception schedule and create manually SAP orders for each truck  (between 80 and 100 trucks per week) taking into account blending and dilution constraints
  • Organize collections from the different bean warehouses in Europe
  • Daily tracking of beans trucks deliveries
  • Participate in the daily gemba meeting for the management of bean silos
  • Check the filling rate of the silos, readjust the truck delivery schedule in the event of a lack of places, production schedule changes
  • Daily check of the beans good receipt  in SAP
  • In the event of disputes and/or damage (sealing issue, transport accidents, etc.), inform your team leader. If necessary, initiate expert assessments after obtaining approval 
  • Inventory management and monthly reconciliations
  • Management of monthly transport invoices 
  • Establish accounting provisions each month

 

 

About you:

 

  • Strong proficiency in French – oral and written
  • Good English skills
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain activities 
  • Master degree in Supply chain
  • Proficient in MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel) and SAP 
  • Knowledge of storage and transportation regulations and industry best practices
  • Ability to manage many quality constraints
  • Food Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Very high level of rigor
  • Proven ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions independently
  • Team work and autonomy
