This is a maternity cover for around 14 months.

 

About the role:
The Supplier / subcontractor Quality Officer supports the Supplier / subcontractor Quality team and contributes in the reduction of non-conformances, complaints, and elaboration of quality review reports (regular or specific). Support can also be expected for subco product specifications by gathering and analyzing data, maintaining documentation, and keeping track of complaints, requests, and specifications by using the system in place like SRM Salesforce, SAP, and Google Drive. The supplier quality officer follows the cleaning station / warehouse audit program and supports factories on their application.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Improvement of supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
  • Support in the continuous evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors based on quality KPIs permitting continuous improvement of the product and service quality; preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Supporting maintenance of the quality records (e.g. audit reports, certificates, acceptance sheets) in the SRM portal; or in QDS.
  • Support in investigation and reporting of complaints and non-conformances.
  • Approval of regulatory-required information on preprinted product labels for subcontracting products.
  • Implement and update product specifications (CMPS) based on instructions provided.
  • Be in contact internally with EMEA senior supplier quality manager and supplier and subco team, local factory QA & Supply Chain team, sourcing, and externally with Subcontractors, suppliers, cleaning stations, and warehouses. 

 

About you:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree Food/Bio Science/Chemistry.
  • 1-2 years experience in a quality or R&D function in the Food industry preferably Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food labeling requirements.
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • Drive to deliver, taking initiatives.
  • Compliance focus.
  • Internal and external customer focus.
  • Being an effective communicator.
