Senior Business Analyst Order to Cash

About the role:

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the field of Order to Cash, assessing stakeholder requirements for digital solutions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Order to Cash, you will support the creation of digital-enabled Order-to-Cash through innovative IT solutions. You will be the point of contact for the architecture and design of IT solutions for respective processes, while closely collaborating with business needs and objectives. In addition, you will advise and support internal customers in formulating and concretizing their requirements and creating respective digital solutions.  

The candidate will: 

• Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the organization’s digital Order-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and business and solution architects to ensure compliance and enhance operational excellence.
• Leverage their expertise to enhance quality, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency.
• Create detailed business analysis, ensuring it meets organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (including conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys), aligning needs and capturing requirements for digital solutions.
• Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed changes for new systems or enhancements.
• Collaborate with other digital teams (including development teams) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Create concepts and technical specifications for downstream implementation as services based on existing IT systems.
• Recommend improvements to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Close cooperation with the application management team, implementing, maintaining, and operating applications.

About you:

• Master’s degree in IT/technology, data, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced knowledge with IT solution design, order-to-cash processes, feasibility studies, user acceptance testing etc.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules SD.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, UML).
• Familiarity with project methodologies (both waterfall and agile) as well as management software (e.g., JIRA).
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Independent and self-driven personality, taking responsibility and owning tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to learn and try new technologies and topics.
• Ability to instruct employees and guide the solving of non-routine problems.
