About the role:
The Senior Analyst, CSD FP&A plays an important role in delivering high quality financial reports for the overall CSD organization. CSD covers the areas of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Innovation for the entire Group. This role is a good mix of business and technical skills. The incumbent will interact with different areas of the organization, analyzes and challenges data and inputs from organization, and prepares presentations for top management. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for driving the implementation and maintenance of dashboards and KPIs, ensuring consistent visibility of key metrics and business trends across the organization. In this position, you will cooperate closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A team members, and regional CSD leaders and directors. The job holder will report to the CSD FP&A Global Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly flash report, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of key financial indicators across CSD functions.
- Support the monthly comments collection process, including template updates, verification of submissions, and alignment of inputs across regions and functions.
- Ensure completeness, consistency, and coherence of submitted commentary to support clear performance.
- Prepare executive level presentation for top management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Dashboard and Scorecard, adhering to defined reporting methodologies.
- Coordinate improvements to dashboards and reporting solutions, acting as the primary liaison between FP&A, Finance Business Partners, and IT.
- Upload, validate, and reconcile data in Power BI; provide user support and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted reporting continuity.
- Review and validate reporting outputs to ensure methodological alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Ensure data consistency across systems through regular controls, reconciliations, and validation checks.
- Drive enhancements in data flows from source systems to reporting tools to strengthen data integrity and efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions to streamline reporting activities.
- Manage non financial KPIs, including maintaining definitions, performing data checks, and coordinating monthly status updates.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning cycles through data preparation, analysis, and alignment with CSD and Finance stakeholders.
About you:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive, positive, collaborative mindset with willingness to challenge data and drive process improvements and automatization.
- Good knowledge of ERP, Analytics, Financial modeling, Dashboard, Balanced Scorecard
- Proficiency in MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and strong ability to work with large data sets. PowerBI an asset
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
